Public Meetings Temporarily Moved in June and July

Due to necessary maintenance work on Rouss City Hall’s elevator this summer, several meetings in the City will be temporarily relocated in June and July. This move is to ensure the safety and accessibility of all attendees, particularly those with mobility-related disabilities. Live stream may not be available during the relocation, but recordings will be posted the following morning.

Exchange Club Pavilion

Exchange Club Pavilion is one of three large pavilions that can host up to 100 people. The Pavilion is ADA accessible and is located adjacent to the Exchange Restrooms.

Fee: $80 per day (increasing to $90 7/1/24)
