2024 Holiday Parade Application

Application Guidelines:

1. NEW FOR 2024: There is a $10 fee to participate due upon application approval.
     *Participation is free for all first responders and school bands.

2. Applications must be submitted online using this form.

3. Completed applications must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. (Noon) on November 4, 2024 for consideration. Participation is not guaranteed.

4. The parade committee will review all applications for participation. Your organization will be notified by November 8 of your application status.

5. No private individuals may enter the parade. Entries must be with an organization or business within the area or one of the surrounding areas. Priority will be given to those organizations or businesses that are local (Winchester/Frederick County).

6. Applicants are required to create a Community Pass account. 
     *Upon approval of the application, a $10 participation fee will be added to the account at which time the organization or business will have 7 days to pay the fee.
     *Failure to pay the fee within 7 days will forfeit the organization's participation in the parade.
