Rouss City Hall is the government office building for the below departments. City Council also meets in the Council Chambers on the main floor.

Enter from N. Cameron Street (steps) or the accessible entrance on the Boscawen Street side (ramp and elevator). 

Parking

  • Free parallel parking in front of building (southbound on N. Cameron Street) - 30-minute limit
  • Metered parking is available on the street (use the Parkmobile app and never overstay your meter)
  • Garage parking is available on the corner of S. Cameron and Boscawen Streets - 24/7 access and pay with cash or card
